Why play at Poker Stars

Pokerstars has long been held in the highest regard when it comes to online poker sites. There are a variety of reasons for this. I must say on a personal note that Pokerstars is certainly in my top three sites and I have always enjoyed playing there.

The track record of Pokerstars on the safety of it’s transactions is impeccable. Added to this is the fact that it offers support in different forms which is always very helpful.
Many players these days like a site with lots of poor and unskilled players, I personally don’t find that Pokerstars falls into this category, as most players seem to be at least competent and know what they are doing. This provides a challenging and enjoyable game for the type of player that really wants to test themselves.
I also like the layout of the site, the lobby design of which was recently updated. Pokerstars has some of the finest professionals around on it’s team, and for good reason too. There are special promotions and tournaments often running, where a player gets the chance to play against one of these pros, which is an exciting prospect for any players good enough to win this prize.
I also think the card design and option to choose your own avatar is good and the whole site generally looks professionally done. There is a great variety of games on offer to play at Pokerstars too, and this is one of my favourite things about the site. Pokerstars show a lot of attention to detail in making their site one of the best around, and it shows in every aspect.
