An online poker network is a string of interconnected companies who use the same basic poker software as each other, re-skinned to create their own unique poker brand. In many cases, these networked poker sites offer the same poker listings as one another, resulting in wider game choice and competition due to the accumulation of players from various networked rooms. It is very common for poker rooms on the same network to offer mirrored or similar promotions as one another, with each one re-branded for their specific site. This regularly results in mass bonus accumulations such as guarantees tournaments, bad beat jackpots and massive tournament prize pools.

Sharing a common poker network does not however mean the poker rooms are identical. Regardless of the network, each poker room is operated by different companies, which can mean significant differences in customer support, cashier offerings and in-house poker promotions.

Of the poker networks in the industry, some of the largest include the Playtech poker network and microgaming network, which host some of the most famous online poker rooms, including Titan Poker (Playtech), CD Poker (Playtech) and NordicBet Poker (Microgaming).

It is important to remember that not all poker rooms that share the same software are on the same network. Many companies sell their poker software to other poker providers, which are then re-skinned with their own unique brand. Although these rooms look the same, the do not offer the benefits of joint networks, with independent poker listings and their own autonomous bonuses and promotions.
